SR-94 lanes briefly closed after early-morning multi-car collision

First responders arrived at state Way to assist the two drivers who remained at the scene Photo courtesy of OnScene TV Westbound traffic lanes on state Passage was shut down early Saturday after a driver spun out then was rear-ended The California Highway Patrol responded to SR- at th Street just before a m according to OnScene TV The driver who spun out stated his hatchback was clipped by a truck with a camper shell which had sped past him and cut him off while trying to make the exit That motorist the driver explained government kept on going A male driver in another sedan then rear-ended the victim of the initial collision Both vehicles were stalled in traffic prompting the CHP to close the westbound lanes The first victim was not injured but the second driver an elderly male was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries Traffic lanes remained closed for approximately minutes The San Diego Fire-Rescue Department also responded to the scene
